Fallen Leaves

Another Autumnal post. I found tons of different kinds of leaves as I walked around the zoo earlier this month. (Last month by the time you read this post tomorrow) So many different shapes and colors. I love Fall. :)

Giraffes in Autumn

Autumn is a great time to visit the zoo. The trees look amazing. Of course, my reason for visiting has more to do with a certain very tall creature, rather than a very tall plant, but with these pictures I got two in one. :)

I love all these shots, but this last one is my favorite.

Feathered Attitudes

I’ve heard that most parrots  and their relatives can be downright little stinkers sometimes. Looking at them at the zoo you can tell that they’re not just a pretty face. They each have their own personality.

This cockatoo spent the whole time I was around him climbing up and down his cage with the beak telling everyone who came to see him, hello and goodbye.

Baby Bongo!

In yesterday’s post I introduced you to another one of my favorite animals, the bongo. In today’s post I have pictures of a brand new baby bongo, just a few months old. All baby animals are cute, but this little guy is almost TOO cute. :D

I took so many pictures of this little guy that day. Cute just isn’t a good enough word to fully describe how adorable he is. :)
